The inshore fishing has been great the past few weeks despite the cool nasty weather we have had. Redfish and trout have been the main target for my clients using live shrimp or mudminnows below a popping cork. There is still a good amount of shrimp in the creeks but with the water temps dropping the shrimp should be heading offshore then artifical lures will be the trick for the remainder of the winter for reds and trout. 1/4 ounce jigheads rigged with a gulp shrimp has also been working great for both reds and trout. If my clients have been flyfishing, clouser minnows have been the trick for the reds and trout. Check out some of my latest pic's on my website or on my blog.
